Fortress replaced the roof on my home after extensive volleys with my insurance company. Fortress was instrumental in helping navigate the perils of claim filing and approval within the insurance industry. No small task that was. On the roof, the work was professional, timely and clean. The roof looks great and I am very happy with the finished results.

I am very pleased with my new roof from Fortress Roofing. Both Austin who dealt with the insurance company and Brandon who was the on-site manager for the new roof did excellent work. The roof looks great and they quickly resolved minor problems.

We had a fantastic experience! Austin walked us through each step. Our new roof was put on in 1 day! They did a great job cleaning everything up.

The two things that stuck out to me were the insurance and clean up. I had to be involved with the insurance part of it because I was the policy holder, but the guys from Fortress took the lead on all that they could on that piece, which was a huge relief since I don't speak "insurance". And my wife and I were nervous about the mess it would create and the cleanup. They took care to cover everything that any debris would land on including our just bloomed Azaleas! When they were done I did not find anything in the yard at all. Highly recommend.

Fortress Roofing was excellent to work with from start to finish. Tanya, Ryan, and Brandon were highly communicative throughout the entire process and did exactly what they said they would. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing team.

There is no way I can possibly thank Ryan, Tonya, and everyone at Fortress Roofing enough for all they did for us. From day one, they were amazing - Ryan was able to pinpoint the exact date of the hailstorm that did damage to our roof and gutters, making dealing with our insurance company incredibly easy - and that was one of our biggest concerns as we began this process, since we have a really large roof! After that, Ryan and Brandon were there every step of the way, and I mean EVERY STEP. The entire process could not have gone any smoother from start to finish. The crew was FANTASTIC, they completed the job efficiently, they didn't leave a single bit of debris anywhere - you would never have known they were there... except for the amazing new roof and gutters we have! First-class company, I HIGHLY recommend Fortress Roofing!

We recently had our roof replaced by Fortress Roofing and had a really great experience. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the whole team was easy to work with and very professional. The work turned out great, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Big thanks to Ryan and Brandon -- they were awesome to work with and made sure everything was handled the right way. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I’d recommend them to anyone.
